  January 2015: Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

Are you feeling relaxed and refreshed? Or are you still recovering from all the festive meals and treats we often indulge in during the holidays?

Once the holiday rush is over, things tend to slow down as we (not so) patiently await the spring. You can use this time to think about some New Year's resolutions. This year, consider starting a new resolution at the beginning of every month to avoid being overwhelmed by too many changes at once.

As we mentioned in December, your health benefits may be based on the calendar year, and if you have any outstanding dental work to be completed, or if you are maintaining an oral health and hygiene routine that corresponds with your benefits, now is the time to come in and see us. You can request an appointment here.

We enjoyed serving you in 2014 and we look forward to keeping you smiling in 2015!

Wishing you a wonderful start to the year,

  New Patients Are Always Welcome!

If you know of someone who would benefit from our dental services, please let us know.
We truly appreciate your confidence and your referrals!

  Thank You For Your Support!

Our Toy Drive was a success!

Nori and Michelle hand delivered all the toys donated to the CP 24 Chum Christmas Wish Toy drive to the Queen Street drop off location.

For every toy collected we also donated money to the Sick Children's Hospital. Two great causes and we could not have done it without the support of all our patients.

Thank you to all those who generously gave.

Morning Breath Or Something More Serious?

But wait!!! What's been brewing in your mouth over night?

Here's a question – if we floss and brush before we go to bed and settle down to sleep with a fresh mouth every night, why is it that just mere hours later, we wake up with dreaded "morning breath"?

  Chili, Sweet!

Who doesn't enjoy a hearty bowl of chili? It's the ultimate comfort food. Many people have their own 'special' chili, a little twist of their own to make theirs stand out.

We think you’ll find this recipe for a sweeter chili both unique and delicious!
