Cancellations
Appointment Cancellations require 48 hours notice and must be made by phone. Cancellations through this online form will NOT be accepted.

Emergencies
Our dental office is open on Mon-Fri 9-8pm, and Sat 9-5pm. We always do our best to fit in emergencies where we can during the days we are open. However, in case of an emergency outside these extended working hours please contact the dental emergency clinic at
